You must print the summary page on the back of the signature page. All signatures will be invalid if you do not. YOU CANNOT STAPLE THE SUMMARY PAGE TO THE BACK OF THE SIGNATURE PAGE. (MS OFFICE Instructions on Duplex Printing)

The circulator of the petition must not sign or date the petition until after all the petition signers have done so. Any signature dated after the signature of the circulator is invalid.

You MUST have a paper copy of Bill 23-07 with you and available while circulating petitions.

Only Montgomery County Registered Voters may sign. Even one non-Montgomery County signature invalidates the entire page.

Please write legibly and use your full name consistent with your voter’s registration.
